- Users acknowledge that they have not relied on any statements, promises, or representations made by eBirpay or its representatives that are not explicitly set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

- Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and formally communicated through official eBirpay channels to be considered valid.

Severability:
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

28. Severability
